Directions
As it was noted before, Frisco is situated on a narrow strip of
sand called Hatteras Island located on North Carolina's Outer
Banks. Unless you arrive on the island by boat there is only one
way on and off this area.

From The North
Visitors arriving
from the north will come south along Rt. 12 across the Bonner Bridge
at Oregon Inlet. Once over the bridge Frisco is approximately 40
miles.
From The South (By Ferry)
Oh yes, there
are other ways to reach Frisco!
The North Carolina Department of Transportation
runs one of the most comprehensive and finest ferry systems in
our nation. You can reach the island of Ocracoke by ferry from
either Swan Quarter to the west and Cedar Island (near Morehead,
NC) from the south. Then a second ferry will take you from the
north end of Ocracoke to the south end of Hatteras Island.
